Due to the handmade nature of these products, slight variations in size, shape or colour may occur, which should be considered inherent to the craftsmanship rather than a defect. Given their handmade nature, andand to uphold fairness towards our artisans, and craftsmen we regret to inform you that these products cannot be returned or exchanged purchased on sale through our website.

 Refunds will only be considered for goods damaged during transit. To initiate a refund claim, please submit pictures within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Ensure you include the original packaging, as well as the relevant bills and invoices.
